Tip of the Day – Homeschooling Conference, part 2

This week I’m participating in an online homeschooling conference, hosted by Heart of the Matter {online}. I decided to share some ideas this time around. Nothing too overwhelming for you (or me)… just a tip or two each day.

Today’s tip comes from Karen DeBeus’ talk on creating an atmosphere of learning in your home. She said, “The home is your best tool in your curriculum!” Kids learn from living and being part of a family… more than any educational method or program can ever teach them.

I like it!
